How This Works:

We’ll share two 75-minute sessions by phone, Skype, or chat (your choice). Each talk is an important step in finding and implementing the right tools for where your business is today and might be a year from now—

Session 1: Get Ready…

I’ll learn about what you do, how you work, and what you already have in place. I’ll likely ask plenty of questions to get clear on your 4 Ps: Purpose, Preferences, Priorities, and Price.

The result: I’ll understand you and your business well enough to make smart selections for you. You may have additional clarity about your needs, as well.

After our call: I’ll work backstage to match online services and tools to your goals, wants, needs, and budget. I may check-in by email if my research breeds additional questions.

Session 2: Get Set…

The following week I’ll introduce you to my selections through a live introduction to each of the services I’ve selected for you. You’ll also get a concise written report that—

  • Explains my selections,
  • Highlights service features key to your operations
  • Points to resources and tutorials to aid you and/or your virtual assistant with implementation, and
  • Offers suggestions for next steps and best practices.

The result: You’ll be familiar with the look and feel of your recommended services and have the direction you need to get them in place.

After our call: You and/or your team will set up and configure your services. I’d love to hear how the services are working for you, and if they’re not quite measuring up I’ll tweak my recommendations.
