How this works:

We’ll both do some prework…you’ll email me about your business and projects and I’ll survey your website so I can get a feel for what you’re doing.

Next we’ll hold a 60-minute Fill Me In call where you’ll tell me more about your project and how it fits into the big picture for your tiny online business. I’ll do a lot of listening, and then I’ll surely have questions to clarify my understanding…and maybe yours, too.

In the phone, Skype, or chat sessions that follow we’ll:

  • Sketch a workable action plan based on your deadline, skillset, support system, and preferred pace.
  • Check your progress against your plan and do whatever course correcting, reprioritizing, or rescheduling is necessary to keep you on the path to Done.
  • Address any questions you have about systems, like payment processing, digital downloads, email services, etc.

Between sessions we’ll check-in via email.

And if your project requires skilled proofreading and editing, your online services need setting up, or your website could use some tweaks, I have a list of recommended service providers that I’m happy to share with you.

You can use your hours however you like: Phone, skype or chat at whatever duration fits your needs—typically 60 or 90 minutes for brainstorming, strategizing, and scheduling; 30 minutes for check-ins.
